How has Larry King's show survived this long?
He asks the same idiotic questions over and over again. It's like he doesn't understand English or something. Or that he doesn't listen to answers but just sticks with some sort of script.

Somewhere scientists are feverishly working on how to transform King's self-perpetuating inanefest into self-perpetuating energy.

6. He got me to listen to late-night talk radio

Back in 1978, I think; When I was 15 I turned pn his overnight show and was hooked until the early 90's.

He was a solid Liberal who could frame arguements better than most and could hold his own. The worst thing that ever happened to him was TV; he never should have done LKL, even though he became a superstar because of it; it ruined his career.

And the guy on today is a shell of the guy who ruled late-night radio in the 80's....

7. Larry was the master of "what's your point" while on the radio...
but I think he's been on "auto pilot" for quite some time.

8. That's a damn good question.
His show is just...this barely watchable hour of him lobbing the softest of softball questions. I truly don't understand his appeal.
