I just had a conversation with "a conservative" who cited Drudge as a news source. I just about fell out of my chair.

He think's the first part of Bret Hume's newscast is "just news."

Without being insulting (please folks, I know the temptation.) what could I tell this person?

1. You could tell him he's stupid

Hit him in the face with a pie or something.

As you gasp for breath, say stuff like, "You... you think..." Then lapse back into hysterical laughter.

Make sure to double over and hold your stomach. Try to induce tears.

..I know there's not much to do. Generally, politics aside, he's not a bad guy.
