Is there such a thing as a smart printer queue?
One that, say, will allow the next letter-sized print job to go through, even though the one before it is waiting for the tray of 11X17 to be filled?

(Except this one is waiting for "Custom -- Tray 1," which is probably one of the 12 types of letterhead we have so I can't just fill the tray myself.)

:grr:

1. "PC load letter?" what the f*ck does that mean?

That sounds like a feature that MIGHT exist on high-end printers. Certainly none I've come across at this cheap outfit.

It's a dog-eat-dog world.
