Can a vegan diet result in an iron deficiency?
What I mean to say, is that as a vegan does one feel less iron-y?

1. You need B12 supplements.

Otherwise you can develop pernicious anemia which is the inability (or reduction) of the ability of bone marrow to produce red blood cells. You could take all the iron in the world, but without B12, it's a waste. B12 only comes from animal products, so vegans need supplementation.

Edit: Sounds like you know, but for those that don't, red blood cells are what carries oxygen in our bodies.

End of Anatomy 101. :)

2. Well, unlike ray-eee-ain on your wedding day
a vegan diet is very iron-ic.

(It's the leafy greens and legumes, y'know.)

6. It's a personal attack directed at somebody who isn't even awake
Don't worry about the backstory, it's stupid and petty even by lounge standards.

7. OK.
I've noticed this place can do petty quite well at times. Mostly fun, but sometimes.... well, you know.

5. Depends on your food choices just like any diet...
but you don't need meat or supplements to get enough iron in your diet...eat lots of broccoli and spinach
