1. Good idea for Christmas presents for my parents.
I never know what to get them and my mother was admiring a similar hat recently that she will never buy for herself.

2. Yes, and I swear by it.
Got my father one for his birthday, and he'll never work outside without one again. Loves it.

3. None of the above
My husband bought one and actually managed to wear it out. It took years; they are very durable. The company replaced it at no charge.

They are fantastic hats. However, they apparently provide little or no protection against mind control, which requires other headgear.

4. I just bought two.
A mesh one for my husband, and the T2 (I think) for me at work. I am waiting for them to come up with the wide brim + mesh + maybe not white. Plant nursery and white hats don't go together, but it is a nice hat. I may have to break down and try the mesh one for myself.

6. They actually have multicolored hats now..

I was on the website and was surprised to see they have started to use
multicolor and multi patterns for their hats as well. I have to mention this story, though it
appears gross...in that one gentleman worked for one of the Zoo's perhaps in Toronto. He claimed his hat was eaten three times by an Elephant. After passing the hat though its system, he managed to retrieve it.. wash it out... hang it out to dry and it was as good as new. Now me, I would have a problem with the retrieving part, but you know, people who work in Zoo's can tolerate just about anything.

10. Yeah, I think I might write it off after
the second time! I would have to keep telling myself "They are herbivores...They are herbivores" :D

I can't figure out why the brims on almost all of the hats are so small, despite being for shade and all. Saw the multicolored ones, and the kid's hats.

9. I have two

A very dirty T2 and a dark green T3. The T3 was made in that color for only a short time; I was lucky to get it. It's not the olive, it's the same green as the T2's underbrim, and I look great in it.

Also a pair of shorts that don't fit any more (they're way too big now). Plus a belt and some socks and undies. I really recommend the undies, they're not very stylish, but they're so easy to wash you can travel any length of time with only two pairs.
