He is a hidebound bigoted old soul.

He defended Oliver North all during that mess, calling it 'the persecution of Oliver North.'

He thinks slavery helped make our country great.

I think he is able to stay on the air because he is wealthy and powerful. He owns some radio stations outright, too.

He has been a vile old fart since I was in junior high, and I am 57.

The trouble is, he has a vile old fart of a son who will succeed him someday.

4. He's crazy like a fox

90% of his program is apolitical fluff that makes a bunch of non-thinking people warm and fuzzy. He lulls them into a trance with all his news stories then he throws one, and only one, political opinion piece designed to sound like news, into the program. People are being brainwashed daily and they know not how. Batshit crazy or a dangerous man because he does this all under the radar and never draws heat as a controversial personality?
