I guess that depends on if you want to procrastinate or not. I should be writing two essays for an anthology I was asked to contribute to. Then there is the story idea I had the other day.... I also need to make a few calls. And, do some reading.

But, I just keep seeing threads I want to check out and replies from my own OPs that I want to get to. :)

1. I vote for worst.

There were times this past sememster I had to seek out the rare internet-free computer at school just so I'd know I could get my work done.

Right now I should be doing revisions on an essay, cleaning up around here, being more active in my job search, and my dog wants something but I don't know what.

2. I had a weird idea sort of like that Amy Hempel essay I sent you

It is too complex to get into it right now, but I'll send it to you, if and when I write it. This "internets" stuff sure is hurting my work ethic. :)

What kind of essay did you write? I'd be down with checking it out. I've been wanting to read more of your stuff anyway.

My essay is on Naturalism and Modernism in the American Short Story. :P

I actually wrote it for a class in April, but I'm cleaning it up to put in a portfolio kinda thing. Potential employers are gonna want to see some of my writing samples. You're welcome to read it if you want.

Both of my July classes are Creative Writing classes, so I'll be able to share much more interesting stuff with you then.

I'm still in my pj's and it's almost 2pm here. I mostly lurk these days. Wasting time lurking, how pathetic is that?
