Well, one day on trimspa and I think i'm going to stop.
My skin got flushed this morning, for about 15 minutes.

An hour later, I nearly keeled over after doing a small amount of moving. I could feel heart flutter and was sweating profusely too.

Cool.

1. Jesus!
I'm so tempted to try those things... okay actually I did try hydroxycut. That didn't go so well, as you have to take too many of the stupid things. Also there was the heart flutter after the third day.

Damn slowing metabolisms and my inability to get up and work out anymore!

2. Working out is easy. Finding motivation (reason for living) is another.
:D

But I have been finding time to walk more.

I'm just impatient and want to look good for St. Peter, :spray:

3. I hear ya...
For me, though... the kids kind of took care of that whole 'reason for living' thing... far too often I find myself thinking that if it weren't for them, checking out would be sooooo easy.

4. I actually had the same problem w/ OTC allergy medication
a couple of months ago.

One dose messed me up for a few days. I won't be doing that again.
