http://www.ufo-music.info/band.htm UPDATE - JANUARY 2006
We are delighted to welcome Andy Parker back into the UFO family and as you know, Andy already played his 'first' gig as part of UFO's headlining festival show last November in Granada, Spain.
Jason Bonham is now playing with Foreigner and UFO wishes him and his band all the very best for the future.
http://www.ufo-music.info/band.htmMEANWHILE, in Foreigner land...guitarist Mick Jones is now the ONLY "original" member of the band...

A note from Mick:
I am very pleased to announce that Kelly Hansen has agreed to join FOREIGNER as the new lead singer. In 2003, Lou Gramm once again left the FOREIGNER fold to pursue a solo career - this time forming his own band. In these circumstances, it was left to me to consider whether the music that was FOREIGNER should be abandoned to history, leaving me to change direction and start a new venture, or whether it was something that I wanted to keep pursuing and enjoying. I'm happy to say that the vision of FOREIGNER as once more being a major force in Rock music prevailed, and I now am intent on making that happen.
The band has a new rhythm section with Jason Bonham on drums and Bass player Jeff Pilson joining old FOREIGNER hands Jeff Jacobs on keyboards and Thom Gimbel (rhythm guitar/Sax). And, with Kelly's incredible vocals we are again at the top of our form and looking forward to working with all these new and amazing assets to bring FOREIGNER back again - bigger and better than ever.
The excitement already generated in our first shows points to a great future as we explore the potential of this powerful new line up. For me, personally, the new band heralds the arrival of an exciting new chapter in the FOREIGNER story. From here on, "The sky's the limit"!
Mick
