The last year has sucked. Massively. Broke. Need bankruptcy to continue eating. etc. And so on. Yadda yadda yadda.

Now, our landlord has decided (after owning our house for two months) that he wants to sell.

We live in a little 3-BR house on a block with $500,000 condos. Knock down our house and the one next door, and you've got a great lot for development.

Well, with our current financial situation, we can't even afford a security deposit on a new place. So we'd be homeless. And you know what? We don't WANT to move. We love our house! And who the hell wants to tell a little 6-year-old girl that she has to move AGAIN? For that matter, we don't wanna tell that to the 15-year-old either, but at least she's old enough to understand why.

So yeah. We need vibes.

But more importantly, we need a place to live. :(

until you can scrape up enough money for either a security deposit or a down payment on a home. I own a mobile home and only pay $309 lot rent, which includes water and garbage. I know that rents are reasonable for mobile homes. My park has homes that you can rent to buy and the monthly payment and lot rent is less than $600.

Well, nothing happened. Dickhead landlord neither showed, or bothered to call, the entire day.

And if all this shit isn't grand enough, my 15 yr old daughter wasn't home from school. So I called and called and called her...no answer. Called the school to see if she'd stayed after or something...principal says "Oh, that's upsetting. Her friend Lisa's been missing for 2 days." Her friend Lisa who she's on the phone with 24/7. Her friend Lisa who I'm SURE my daughter knows has run away. :eyes:

Long story short, when my kid finally called me back I made her tell me where Lisa is. I'm letting her mum know. My kid apparently told me she was going over to a friend's to watch a movie after school today and I spaced it because of all the other shit.
