1. that show makes me sad
How on earth can anyone cook literally EVERYTHING in BACON FAT that she keeps in an empty coffee can?

I'm off to go on a run-- the thought of the grease made me sick x(

3. it just goes to show how important education on food nutrition is
I'd guess maybe 20-25% of the population knows how to make healthy food choices.

It comes back to education.

4. I always had a tv in my bedroom growing up.
I was still super active outside and underweight my whole childhood. I thought we ate unhealthy in my family, but that show just proves that my family is comparatively very healthy. Anyway, I still grew up to be a pescarian that eats mostly organic.

5. Mmmmmmmmm....fish
Living in the Rockies, we're seafood challenged. I've been know to drive to San Rafael to my favorite seafood restaurant before...not in about 2 years....maybe I should make that trip soon.

6. I can't imagine being seafood challenged.
Especially during the summer when you can go down the shore and go to a restaurant with dock seating and get that day's catch. Even with the good seafood in NJ/NYC/CT, I was amazed by Hawaii. Sashimi at an Italian restaurant! Mmm...I was spoiled by the time I got back to NJ and I was only there for 10 days.

7. Alright...now I'm pouting
Dammit! I love fish, but it just ain't good up here in Wyoming...frozen, etc. And trout can be good, but when that's all you can get fresh, well, it's outworm it's welcome.
