I eat what I feel like regardless of the time of day. What I'm not supposed to eat this because society decided it's too early in the day? My stomach doesn't know that.

The key to making Easy Mac good is you add about a T of milk or half & half to it and a little bit of butter. Then, it is just like the regular Kraft Dinner.
