What is legal in a holo-deck?
In a holo-deck, the only thing real is you. So, whatn is legal? What is illegal? Would your fantasies be monitored? If you decided to shoot kittens like skeet would anyone care? If you wanted to play Ed Gein for fun, would you get a visit from Counselor Troy? Where would Starfleet draw the line?
