I look like a rabid chipmunk! Help!!

I have not one, but TWO abscessed teeth. I started hurting, by virtue of Murphy's Law, on Sunday night of a holiday weekend. After gobs of Tylenol, flushing out my sinuses (the abscesses are in two of my upper teeth) to keep the infection at bay and taking the two anti-biotics I had left from another procedure, I still ended up with a face like a basketball.

I went to the dentist first thing this morning and got a Z-pack and some pain killers and will have the root canals next week, but I really need to go back to work tomorrow and I look, well, like a rabid chipmunk.

I've tried ice and anti-inflammatories, but nothing works.

Any suggestions to reduce swelling? Foods to try (now that I can half-way eat - the anti-biotics are already working to reduce pain) or home remedies.

I really don't want to scare my co-workers tomorrow.
