1 A young black male 2 A young female who loved Jack Mccoy 3 A single mom 4 A beauty who's philosophy of justice was "Hang 'em all!" 5 A blonde who was fired for her advocacy and came out of the closet in the last scene of her last episode. 6 A young female who was murdered in the line of duty.
Really sad how it happened too. I went with the brunette female though I know who you meant by the hardliner, Angie Harmon's Abbie Carmichael. I guess I'd like a combination of Jill Hennessy's Claire Kincaid and Annie Parese's Alex Borgia. It will probably be someone new yet attractive. I didn't know by the way that the character of Carey Lowell (sp?) was a single mom. Either way I think the replacement will be a good one because Dick Wolf is great at character development.
Just because that's what most of them have been so far. I just hope they don't find a way to bring Elisabeth Rohm back--she's a terrible actress, imo, and her character argued with Jack so often that I think if the show were true-to-life she would've gotten the boot long before she did.
I don't even mind Fred Dalton Thompson as DA Arthur Branch, I prefered Adam Schiff not because I was more likely ot share political views but I liked the character better and he was more likable to me since he treated McCoy like as an equal which I don't see Branch do.
Loved his wit and his character and I could identify with him slightly too. Yeah Schiff in a way treated Jack like a son in that he was supportive of him but he also would let him know his limits. I liked Schiff because he was fair to his DA's and while he didn't always agree with them he tried his best to help them. Hopefully whoever suceeds Alex will be great, I don't really care about their ideology, I want someone who's like McCoy who searches for justice at all costs.
