I've had this feeling of dread all day...

And I just can't figure out why. Nothing really happened all day to cause it...Anything set to happen? Terrorist attack looming? I'm just freaked.

I think that everybody gets the blues every once in a while. Sometimes for no particular reason.

4. deep breathing can sometimes calm a person
Deep slow breaths, some nice music, a good night's sleep. Gatorade, perhaps. Or some chamomile tea.

I don't mean to trivialize your situation. I just hope you can find a way to get centered and feeling better.

6. I've had days like that...
When I've felt like I'm just a heartbeat away from something absolutely devastating happening and I'm about to come out of my skin any second...

I can rationalize it. Tell myself it's all in my head and that I'm overreacting to something or didn't get enough sleep or that my hormones are out of whack...

Doesn't help, though.

Try and get a good night's sleep...tomorrow you'll probably feel better.
