But can a vice president be impeached?
I see a sticky calling for impeachment of Cheney first - and sure, that makes sense to make sure that he's not first-in-line for when Fuckstick gets his impeachment and removal from office...

but can a vice president be impeached? I have a feeling that is reserved solely for the president, but then, I'm no legal scholar, either.

1. Sure can.
Article II, Section 4

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
