20. Some veggies & pasta Miz t. had at a restaurant
a few days ago and is trying to recreate.
She's actually pretty good at this.
"Hmmm...they roasted the vegetables, there's something smoky in here, and some sage and some rosemary. Mostly red and yellow bell peppers. Shaved parmesan. I can do that. No onion or garlic, but I'm gonna add some."
It will probably be better than the original.

The 'smokey' flavor is because the veggies are roasted.
Under the broiler: quartered small tomatos, yellow and red bell peppers, asparagus, onions, and garlic cloves. Then tossed in olive oil and THEN tossed with fettucine.
Garlic bread and a salad.

I went and picked it up. They have delivery but since the restuarant is less than 1/2 mile away, I thought that I better go get it. I drove though because it is cold rain outside and didn't want the food to get cold (or me).

Mine is good but her's is better, but she had been making it for 70 years.

She was short order cook for years, can she cook.
