| Wanna see REALLY dangerous bread... |
 Made a loaf last night, but baked it in the small electric convection oven. Been playing with dough textures to get more oven spring. This time it rose, all right. Right into the top heating elements. Now, I don't have to burn the toast. Since the house didn't burn down, cut off the burnt part and it made pretty good French toast for breakfast. |
