30. I get it at the health food store.

It's little sugar pills that you dissolve under your tongue. I just shake out two or three into the cap and dissolve them under my tongue. You just have to be careful not to touch them or they won't work. It's the only thing that I've found that will work for a hangover. That, and plenty of fluids, because part of a hangover is dehydration.:-(

Sleep is good, too. Just don't overdo the caffeine. Makes me feel even more shaky. Good luck, my friend. You have my sympathies...:pals:
