My friend's son says some really funny things.

1. "Why do a lot of Jewish people name their child Rabbi? I don't really like that name"

2. (When my dad was in the hospital and getting ready to go back to the nursing home) When is Papoo (that's what he called him) going back to the foster home?

3. (After my dad passed here in VA and we were going to CT for the services) How are they getting Papoo to CT? On top of the van? (a la Vacation, apparently)

Well, I thought they were funny.

1. kids DO say the darndest things.

My son, after hearing his dad refer to seagulls as 'shit hawks' (son was 4 or 5 at the time)decided he would do the same. His Dad quickly told him "you don't have a license to say shit hawk" and that was the end of that, or so we thought. About an hour later, a very curious boy said to his Dad "Dad, where do I get a license to say shit hawk"

I thought it was hilarious and couldn't stop laughing, it still makes me chuckle, and my son is now 23 years old.
