I had an Exile/Player medley earworm last evening.
"Kiss You All Over" and "Baby Come Back"- it was like prom night 1979.

1. My earworm was worse
The Fatboys version of 'The Twist'. Top that!

3. One of the fatboys isn't fat anymore.
And one is dead at the age of 28.

Just thought I'd throw that out there...

4. I also had 'Ode to Joy' stuck in my head...
It started out a the original, and slowly became the Starz commercial.

Just thought I throw THAT out.

"Lonesome Loser" by Little River Band and "Shining Star" by the Manhattans

I actually like all four of these songs, which probably has something to do with how I could recall two similar to your two.
