How should eggs be cooked?
I like boiled, myself. No fuss no muss, easy to nix the yolk if desired.

3. And yet pie, tragically, is hard (or time-consuming at least) to make.

4. Omlette.
Onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, sausage. Put some other stuff in there if you want.

And woe betide you if the eggs run! Woe, do you hear me! :grr: :D

8. I love eggs..
.. and they are actually very nutritious (forget that cholesterol nonsense, unless yours is off the chart) and they are good cooked almost any way.

I fry them, scramble them, poach them and boil them. My favorite is soft boiled, but you have to be perfect on the time to get them perfect (white completely cooked, yolk soft).

Scrambling's good for adding stuff in, like sausage, bacon, onions, cheese, peppers, tomatos.

The incredible edible egg!

12. 3 eggs scrambled in approx-little less than 1/2 stick real butter...
whipped in a bowl 3min & poured slowly into a ceramic bake dish, cook (won't stipulate 'bake', in that they have to be cooked one way or the other so go for it) light-light if any salt, chopped chives on top (cilantro, tomato, red onion...whatever), pepper & hot sauce to taste

13. I like boiled, poached, scrambled, and over medium...
hard boiled can be shirred, creamed, made into deviled eggs or egg salad or cut up for Caesar salad or potato salad, or mashed with butter and salt while still hot...

The possibilities are endless.

eggs barely set, yet not runny.

People don't respect what they don't understand, I guess. It would be nice if people made more of an effort to understand before making a judgment based only on the superficial--however nice that phenomenon can be sometimes on a first date. :P

I like them cooked just about any way that you can name... as long as they are cooked thoroughly with no runny or sticky bits.
