I hate packing I hate moving.....I'm tired.

now I know why I only move rarely, I hate it. Planning it, finding boxes, arranging things, cleaning things out, etc.

I want a hot bubble bath. :)

1. I can sympathize with you

Best advice is to start early, do a little each day, don't go food shopping (try to use up everything possible), only pack what you really love, sell or donate the rest. Before one of my moves I even sold my living room furniture cause I hated them :)

funny, I started slowly but this is the last week of packing, etc. I move on monday.

I've tossed a few items, I figure if I haven't used it in the last 10 years, I'm never going to? :D

I'm taking my old sofa, just what to get settled in my new place before I start spending money on new stuff. I want to be practical.

6. You are right about the sofa thing...

once we got to the new place, we didn't have the money to buy new ones so we used a single bed with lots of pillows for a few months. My husband at the time was a little angry, I had to keep reminding him that they were very big and heavy and just think you didn't have to move them!

You'd have to be a strange sort of person, I would think. Every time I move, no matter how careful I am, I lose something irreplaceable. I hate that.

And a hot bubble bath sounds SOOOOOOOO good.

Hopefully this was my last move. Seinfeld did a bit about moving and hunting boxes, comparing coffins to moving boxes, it's the last box you'll ever have to find.

12. God, how I feel for you.

For the last 10 years, I've moved (on average) every 2 years. This latest appointment is the first time I've stayed in a church for 3 years.

If you have a lot of stuff, it might be a good idea to get some knee pads. Trust me, you'll be thankful later on.
