I got my hands on his record "Labor Days," and I can say that this is the best hip-hop record I've ever heard. I can say that beyond a doubt.

As an MC, Aesop Rock is almost perfect, combining amazingly complex and patternless technical rhymes with a flowing, easy and downbeat style. This is combined with solid, incredibly beautiful beats you don't usually see in hip-hop much. And his words are just as solid.

If you like hip-hop, get your hands on an Aesop Rock disc or some MP3s or SOMETHING. For God's sake.
