Computer question!
I use Mozilla usually, but have Internet Explorer installed as a backup.

One Mozilla, I can't see parts of my webpage, but they are there on Internet Explorer?

Why?

How can I fix this?

1. Is Java updated?
Had the same problem. I don't have Firebird as my default browser, and it may need its own client.

I usually use Avant (and have Microsoft's Java-compatible client, since it works better with my Fantasy Football StatTracker), but I do like Firebird.

I say make sure the Java client for Mozilla is updated and responding. Just a hunch.

2. Are you nesting tables more than 3 (possibly 4) deep?
I can't remeber exactly how many but some versions of Netscape (or Mozilla) freak on tables nested too deep. Give me the URL to your site and I can check the code.

6. What's missing?
It looks the same in IE 6, Moz 1.5, and Opera 7.

More to the point is why all those frames, "Links" that go nowhere, and the fuzzy text in the graphic on the first page.

It's not a complex site, and could have been hand coded just as easily as whatever was used to make it.

7. I have Moz 1.6a

The 'main page' (index2) drops a couple of the flash buttons in the left-hand option list that show up on IE. (edit -- the page you access from the second link, under the 'Donate Now' link).

It's a Flash applet, on the buttons in the option list. I have Macromedia 7 -- is it written for a later version, maybe? -- I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. May just be my cookie permissions, though why some of the buttons would show and others wouldn't, I don't know.

He's 'smoke testing' the page before calling it 'launched,' I'm guessing that's why the empty links.

8. You're right...
only three of the flash buttons show up on Mozilla, but they all show up in Opera and IE. Looked at it too fast the first time.

Seems to be a Mozilla plugin problem.

heh! One text I have reminds us several times to never believe that browsers are bugfree and the problems are always in our own coding.
