Does anybody else here hate professional wrestling??

Man, I hate professional wrestling. Vince Mc.Mahon has turned what used to be good wrestling shows into such a hideous mess, that I can't watch it anymore. I loved wrestling when the WWF(E) and WCW used to go head to head with each other. In WCW, we had Sting, (Although we have him in TNA, I hate the crow gimmick), Lex Lugar, Ric Flair, (Where he could still wrestle), and it was fun to watch. When WCW started going downhill is when Hogan, and the NWO started showing up. Hogan, Hall, Nash, and the whole NWO gimmick was a total waste of time.

The WWE has the fantastic Mc.Mahon-Austin feud, which was great, and that landed many fans back with Vince. but now, it's so ludicrous with Triple H having the title, ot title shot nearly every week. Kane just turned on the Big Show tonight, and even that was pretty lame. The women are a joke. Most can't wrestle, and are just eye candy. The women look hot, but this is wrestling, not Playboy. the champion John Cena is supposed to be the hip champ, but gets booed just as much as cheered. We have a guy that eats worms, a dead man walking in the Undertaker, who 10 years past his prime. We have a Road Warrior still trying to wrestle, but woefully out of shape, and denigrating his dead partner. We have a coach/announcer who sucks, in fact, the whole thing sucks!!

Then we have TNA. It's a little better, but not much. Sting is here, still looking like a crow. Jeff Jarrett doesn't have the title for very long. Scott Steiner just arrived, probably still on the steroids. Christian Cage is nothing without Edge. Monty Brown is a screaming banshee, and so are the announcers. The young stars like AJ Styles and Petie Williams are the stars of the future.

Wrestling has become so bad, that I just can't watch it anymore. I used to enjoy watching it, but now it's just a pathetic piece of crap. Take it away, and bury it PLEASE!!!

It was big news because it was seen as another joke in the annals of Tyson, and of boxing in general. It wasn't like a game-winning drive in the Super Bowl, or a tiny small country winning the FIFA World Cup, for example.

BTW, Turkey won Bronze in 2002. When they scored the winning goal to beat Senegal in the quarters, my entire house ERUPTED. My father, my brother and I have never made that much noise.

Both my parents are purebreeds (Mom - Finnish, Dad - Turkish) going back to at least the early 1800's as to my knowledge. My family tree for at least five generations is pure 50/50.

During the Olympics, I only cheer for four countries - US, Canada, Turkey and Finland. You got half of Europe.:D

except France and Italy and they're a bunch of wine drinking wusses ;). My family tree is actually kinda simple, its 25/25/25/25 going back nto the late 1800s. I got nearly all the catholic nations of Europe except Italy and Poland.

The only one missing is Hungarian. Mother's side is athiest, Father's side is Muslim. Which makes me a practicing Muslim.:)

had their own live wrestling every Saturday afternoon. There was none of this techno-show with glitzy costumes and makeup. It was rassling, pure and simple. I could get into that. The flashier pro-wrestling got the more disinterested I became.
