The psychologists I made the mistakes of clinically exposing myself to (biiiiiig mistakes) were cheap hacks. Go to a real doctor. My psychiatrists saved my life. And they did it with efficiency and compassion. Terrific profession. Don't let anyone--let alone your callous, asshole coworkers, tell you different.

Call you PCP tommorow and make arrangements to talk options. Budget for it if you have to. You won't regret it. After a few sessions, you'll have a much better handle on all of your issues, I swear.

risk' or actually telling me I have a wide range of disorders.
Bah. They suck.

The latest was ADD incidentally... said blah blah blah you've got blahdeblah.
Then it couldn't decide which one! First it diagnoses me with one, and then says it doesn't know which.
