One batch of paint I've been meaning to try is the clay paint from Bioshield: Terra Clay Paint. This looks pretty nice, esp. if you're into that adobe look.

I guess maybe I should try it. I want to do something daring like horizontal or vertical stripes or something like that.

5. Benjamin Moore has an interactive paint site

so you can view a color on a wall. Not a bedroom site but gives you some idea of what it will look like.

to achieve. Want kind of mood do you want to have when you walk into the room? Do you want exciting and energetic? or calming and serenity inducing?

Depending on your answer, you can narrow down your color choices to a particular end of the color spectrum.
