This week: from bad to shit! (Fuck it, I need herking comfort food!)
Edited on Fri Apr-07-06 11:07 PM by ZombieNixon
God damn it, I liked this week better when I had a cold. The bloody scholarship office won't pick up the phone or return my e-mails and if I can't get through to them by Sunday, I might lose $13,000 and have to go back to Freeperville and live with my parents, no one seems to want to talk to me beyond the purpose of borrowing money and DST is herking up my sleep cycle so I can't seem to get up before noon.

Oh, look at the calendar, it's the 7th! Time for my monthly depression! x( I tried drinking, but that just did the usual thing and intensified the emotions...so now I'm pissier. :(

All I can say...FSM bless the inventor of bagels.

1. I'm sorry, Zombie.
Why is your scholarship contingent on getting through to them over the weekend? I sure hope that works out for you.

2. I have to do some volunteer thing at the Student Center,
and I hear my last chance to do it this year is Sunday. They haven't returned my e-mails all year. Chances are slots are full for Sunday, but if I talk to them before then, I can get them to postpone it until next year. After that, I have a feeling that all bets are off. :(

6. Well, if you've been trying to contact them
and they haven't replied, it seems like the fault lies with them. Have you kept the emails? You could make a case that you've made a good faith effort to comply with the requirement but have been thwarted.

9. I might. My e-mail's been giving me problems for a month
if not more. I don't know if it even sends things let alone saves what I've sent. I was told it was fixed but the problem persists, so I have to find someone who knows what they're talking about better than the volunteer student at the ID Services desk.

4. I went there today, the lady I need to talk to wasn't there.
I got her number, but it's her office number and I can't even seem to get through to voice mail. x(

14. The scholarship that is enabling to go to a good school in a place I like.
It comes from the university. Without it, in all likelihood, I will have to leave Chicago and go back to a place I would much rather forget.

And I doubt they're open on Sunday, but I have to get through to them before then. :banghead:

16. Ah. You mean The Good School Enabling Places People Like Scholarship.
Why didn't you say so in the first place?
