hold it as you hold
a pencil

Hold tirst chopstick
in originai position
move the second
one up and down
Now you can pick
up anything:

OUCH! I hcld firmly and hurt my tnurnb

2. Using chopsticks is relatively easy.

Learn how to hold them properly and practice for a while. While dining don't squeeze the food, pick it up gently.
