NO real spoilers if you got 'em.
just looking for plain old speculation.
mine is that Pauly Walnuts will betray the family once and for all.

(I hate this "tony in a coma/tony's dreams) crap. I want to see Tony kicking ass!

I think tonight Tony will not yet wake up. AJ will go after Junior and the other guys will go after him. Meadow's fiance will get cold feet because her family is such a mess.

One thing I wonder is whether or not Tony had Last Rites of the Catholic Church. Given Carm's faith, you'd think she'd have the priest there..but no mention of it.
