He has NO respect for his employees, he treats us all like we're four year olds. He's sexist. He's arrogant. He made our cook cry today, then spent the rest of the day trying to send her home because he didn't want to have to deal with her.

He comes over and tries(tries because he doesn't really know what the hell he's talking about) to tell us how to do our jobs, but he only gets in the way and makes it impossible for us to do our jobs properly. Then if something does go wrong because he's in the way, it's our fault. Because we're just a bunch of dumb girls. :grr:
