My baby's gone back to Boston, spring break over.
 It was so nice to have him home. Even if he was puffy faced and stoned for half of the week (all 4 wisdom teeth out). I miss the boy! Good thing I have a back up in kid #2 who won't be leaving us for 3 and a half more years.

It is so hard when he goes, how in the hell do parents send their kids off to war?

1. I used to get depressed when I sent my Sweetie back to school, too!

2. It's hard every time I see him and have to say good bye
but only for a bit. Then I give myself a mental slap upside the head. He's really happy, doing what he wants to do and if I need to I can jump in the car and drive to Boston in 3 hours. But it is so great to have him wander into the livingroom just to chat or watch a movie with me. It all went by too quickly, and I don't mean just this week, I mean the last 19 years!
