1. Someone else posted that image yesterday, also without any context
And so, of course, I have no opinion on it, since no one wants to explain what it was about.

On the surface, it looks like a really weird thing to be talking about. Just more of FOX, as the mightiest and most ubiquitously present media outlet in the world, constantly whining about how conservatives don't have any media voice whatsoever, looking for controversy and anti-conservative bias where there isn't any.

8. They're only preaching to their very narrow choir who already
rabidly support the right-wing agenda.

Impartial people don't really watch Fox, do they?

As such, Fox can't really influence public opinion. I just see them as irrelevant.

she said that albinos are not treated well by Hollywood....I am sure they probably aren't. It seemed mostly as more Hollywood bashing.

2. Two red-tailed hawks nesting in the TX Capitol?
That shit'll end soon - Gov. Goodhair called a special session starting 4/17 - the hawks will leave because of all the hot air.

Oh, the albino thing? No clue.

3. There's a protest by albinos over the movie "The Da Vinci Code" because
one of the antagonists or unsympathetic characters is an albino, and an albino group has come up with a list of albino villains and/or undesirable characters in movies over the last 20 years or show, something like 78 percent or so of albino characters have been villains or portrayed in a negative way, etc. Hollywood has been trying to be "hip" by doing this, by doing the "also just happens to be a...." thing, and now the albinos are taking offense at it finally.

11. I guess they forgot about "Powder"...
granted, not a great movie, though decent in its own way. Actually, I call this phenomenon of villains being albinos as the "Anime Influence" so to speak, many villains in anime films usually have stark white hair and pale skin, so that's no surprise. Though I have yet to see a true albino on film, with absolutely NO pigments on them anywhere, including the eyes.

12. Instead of a lack of good roles for people of color, they're complaining..
..about a lack of good roles for people without color.
