I viewed that apartment I was hoping to get....

advised the landlord not to show it to others cause I'll put a deposit on it tomorrow.

It's got...charm to put it simply. Nice hardwood floors, character, and in my price range. :) It looks like a regular 3 floor walk up on the outside, but the suites are really quite nice.

and pets seem to be welcome. :)

Moving always aggravates me, so if I get this apartment I'll be so relieved.

this little apartment would be nice, I've finally started to SAVE some money, I got a better job a few months ago, so I can decorate it quite nicely. I haven't gotten anything new in years.

I don't consider myself a lucky person, but small things like getting a nice, inexpensive apartment mean alot. :) Getting the first apartment I look at would be great. :)

We're moving after we sell our house and will need to rent something while our new house is being built. I'm dreading the rental thing. We have four cats, so it might be tricky.

11. the place I went to was "no pets"

but the two suites I visited both had cats, and goldfish. I asked about my bird and the landlord said that was fine, it was dogs that weren't allowed.
