I would have to say, for me, that it is the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack. Sorry for all of the people who detest all that is mainstream, but this CD brings back some decent memories.

*sigh*

As does my ABBA's Greatest Hits CD. And my Culture Club CD. And my KC and the Sunshine Band CD.

*sigh*

So, come on, fess up. We won't ridicule you. Much.

(That coming from an ABBA/Culture Club/KC fan.)}(

20. I have ABBA and feel no guilt..
I also have Zappa, Beefheart, Sex Pistols, Sun Ra, etc.

ABBA are actually quite good musically, and the production is quite, uh, lush and grandiose, a la Spector, so i just like it, and don't feel embarassed at all.

37. Type O Negative
Especially "Bloody Kisses"...they're like this dirge-y goth metal band from Brooklyn. They're kinda the modern equivalent of Meatloaf... totally melodramatic, over produced, etc. I have to say in fairness they're quite tongue in cheek sometimes i.e. in a song about a nun's unhealthy obsession with her crucifix; "For her lust, she'll burn in hell...her soul done, medium well." :D:D

40. I have the LP Last Kiss by J. Frank Wilson
and the Caviliers.

It is your basic two songs released as singles and the rest being fillers.

The album cover has J. Frank kneeling over a supposedly mortally wounded young lady. The problem is, there isn't a speck of blood around and her blouse and skirt look freshly pressed. I have to admit the J. Frank Wilson Last Kiss is much better than the Pearl Jam version.
