8. 21 shots of Jagermeister should do the trick.
Start taking vitamin B complex now. and 3 drinks/night until then.

9. Do enjoy your birthday but remember
intoxication is neither mannerly nor amusing. :P And happy birthday in advance from a woman who had 3 cosmos last night and has felt wretched all damn day. Seriously, don't "chug" anything. I get very pissed when I read that yet another young person died in some ridiculous college hazing by chugging a fifth of tequila. It's insane.

11. go out the night before you turn 21 at 11:50pm
while your friends are inside enjoying a drink
spend the last 10 minutes of childhood looking
back . You are only a kid once , and then an adult
for 60 plus years . Then go inside and have a drink
at the strike of midnight .

:toast:

remember to aviod a hangover drink plenty
of water , alcohol dehydrates you .

12. What sort of liver?
I mean calves liver can be given a quick fry on either side, still pink in the middle - tastes gorgeous, maybe just fry some bacon too, and serve on some chive mash with lightly steamed spring vegetables.

13. Drink water and be safe
I don't know what kind of drinking experience you've had before now. One binge won't kill your liver but it could hurt you in other ways so don't over do it. Go slow and don't try to keep up with heavier or more experienced people. If you are going to drink to beyond tipsy, be with people who you trust.

16. Two ways...Pepto Bismal or Butter
Right before the party do one of two things....

1. Take a couple big swigs of Pepto Bismal (my personal favorite)

or

2. Eat a half a stick of butter (I have friends who swear by this)

20. slowly prepare yourself for the big day...
build up your tolerance so it won't hit you like a sack of bricks on the big day...that and follow it up with a nice greasy breakfast to soak up all the alcohol the next morning

22. You must train for the event to get the most out of it.
Such an event yields best results after sincere preparation. This works for me. Get good sleep for at least a few nights before hand. Cut down on the sugary foods before and during the event. For real, sugar and alcohol potentiate and you can wind up with a roaring headache if your body is sensitive to frops in its sugar levels. Then, surround yourself with either loved ones or the most positive aspects of your personality and go to it, slowly so you can enjoy yourself unless you just want to get plastered. Oh, afterwards, drink plenty of water since alcohol takes water out of the body and take a couple of liver cleanse capsules.

 :donut: :)
