I Have Crabs...
... it's what's for dinner. Mmmm-MMMM! Can't wait!! --- This is one of the few complete meals that I can cook without much effort, without much prep-time, and without the risk of making a big mistake.

Crabs
Steamed shrimp (already "deveined")
Melted butter & cocktail sauce for dipping.
Steamed asparagus smothered in Hollandaise sauce
Homemade Bisquik cheese-biscuits

(Should I even bother with dessert? Or is this enough?)

4. LOL... me too!! --- I remember when I found out...
that it wasn't REALLY a "vein". I almost stopped eating shrimp because of it but now... our seafood counter at Safeway sells the deveined shrimp... and they are SO EASY to peel too!

who wants to leave room with all that tasty stuff on the plate?:9

Crab season's over for us, although I do have crabmeat stashed in the freezer for a few crabcakes.
