Thursday earworm. SPEAK ENGLISH, Mick!
By: The Rolling Stones
Jumping Jack Flash

I was born in a cross-fire hurricane
And I howled at my ma in the driving rain,
But it's all right now, in fact, it's a gas!
But it's all right. I'm Jumpin' Jack Flash,
It's a Gas! Gas! Gas!

I was raised by a toothless, bearded hag,
I was schooled with a strap right across my back,
But it's all right now, in fact, it's a gas!
But it's all right, I'm Jumpin' Jack Flash,
It's a Gas! Gas! Gas!

I was drowned, I was washed up and left for dead.
I fell down to my feet and I saw they bled.
I frowned at the crumbs of a crust of bread.
Yeah, yeah, yeah
I was crowned with a spike right thru my head.
But it's all right now, in fact, it's a gas!
But it's all right, I'm Jumpin' Jack Flash,
It's a Gas! Gas! Gas!

Jumping Jack Flash, its a gas
Jumping Jack Flash, its a gas
Jumping Jack Flash, its a gas
Jumping Jack Flash, its a gas
Jumping Jack Flash

Whoopi had to get clues from Stones songs, and played one song a buncha times, and finally yelled: "SPEAK ENGLISH, Mick!"

6. Old joke: "I love the Stones. I can't believe they're still together...
...doing their thing, after all these years.

Fred and Barney."

7. Lol! Well, I wish I had the energy Mick still has, and I am 20 some odd
years younger than him...

10. You got that right. He is amazing, and full of energy.
And they're not bad musicians. Just not really my cup of tea.

Is it true, that you're either a Beatles person, or a Stones person?

I heard that once, and I guess I'm a Beatles guy.

Some, I suppose, like both.

11. I like both. I also LOVE the Beach Boys. BTW,
your statements about "horrible band" and "not bad musicians" seem somewhat ... at odds ...

12. I guess I would have been more accurate to say at first
"it's a horrible experience for me to listen to that band."

The musicians are fine--nothing amazing to me, but fine.

I just can't stand Jagger's voice. And I don't care for too many of their songs.

13. I was raised by two gay lesbians?
Quite an oddity, that was a really bad movie with a lot of really funny lines.
