Crawfish tails for your dining pleasure
A stick of butter, chopped up onions and celery, couple artichoke hearts, a pinch of garlic, a handful of flour, a couple shakes of Tony Chachcere's seasoning, about a pound of crawfish tails, some chicken broth - heat and wala. Serve over angel hair. Salad on the side. Super will be served five-ish.

it really does sound "super"! :-) I'll be thinking about that as I grind the leftover Subway I stashed in another office where I also had a meeting yesterday... (still lunchtime out here)

but I think I'll leave it as is. Maybe it will inspire me to do a super job on my latest cooking project. I do like Subway; tuna, cheese, lettuce, onions, sweet peppers, a shake of oregano and a lemonade.

5. Used to work
for a Doctor from Sweden. He often asked me about the crayfish in our local waters (there are plenty of crayfish in our creeks and in Lake Erie).

In Sweden he tells me they pickle the tails in a dill mix much like we do pickles. Bet that would be good?

I discouraged his crayfish interest by mentioning the pollution in our waters.

6. We're headed out to eat fried oysters and shrimp tonight.....
to celebrate 17 years of living together in debauchery, fornication and sin here in the Bible Belt's buckle! There's an oyster bar right here in this pissant little town that has the best seafood I've had north of New Orleans....How lucky am I?.
