Paranoid Oscars question:
Why are they finding every stonefaced actor/actress who has that "this guy is not funny" look on their face? Are they trying to cut Stewart down to size?

in fact i think they try hard to show the few who DO get it and laugh.

referring to a very chiselled looking charleston heston (this was about homoerotica in old hollywood cowboy movies re brokeback mountain) jon said he got that muscular look from moses lifting '20 commandments' well...haha...that was hilarious! yet noone reacted, not even the show producers.....it seems they missed the joke, or felt it too p i-c for prime time

5. I think most actors and actresses are deep down, a bit insecure...
...due to the nature of the business, and the nature of Entertainment reporting. Most probably don't want to be caught laughing at the wrong thing or wrong joke.

7. And, let's be honest, if the way some of them perform on talk shows
a lot of them aren't all that bright. I think Jon is going over a lot of people's heads.
