I'm so proud of her as a person. She's got a terrific heart, liberal to the core and she's so funny. I'm grateful the world will know her, but I miss her so much since she's in the dorms and spending more time with friends and her boyfriend than me. :(

Looks like she's great with kids. I think that's a good sign you did a good job with her.

And yes, my daughter (who's 26) is wonderful with kids. In fact, she just started college in January. She's going to get her AA degree in Childhood Development, and go on to get a 4 year degree. She wants to work with abused kids, or with kids who's parents have divorced (she unfortunately has first-hand experience with that). But she's very well adjusted, and a wonderful young woman.
