My kids are super sick :( (can i get some postive thoughts)
They got sick while i was on my last trip
both cade and will have diarhea (sp) and they have been throwing up EVERYTHING
i mean their poop is water... poor cade is back in diapers and0 he hates it) we ran out of sheets because they keep HEAVING and pooping constantly

so allen took them to the doctor friday and she said that they both have ear infections which threw me for a loop because neither one of them acted like they had an ear infection...
and cade has broncitis (sp)
cade has 5 meds will has one of his own and can take 2 of cades if needed...
my nephew had this exact same thing but alittle worse...
i hate that babies are sick
they stop throwing up now thank goodness...but still have the poop problem
they look so pitiful
i hope they get better soon
can they have some postive thoughts please

1. Hope they feel better soon...
nothing worse than sick kids and you cant do anything about it :( Make sure your keeping them hydrated.. My daughter was 19 months old when she had the rotavirus and was in the hospital 2 days because she couldnt keep anything down.

Lots of love too :)

2. You have all my support and sympathy, as well as a cyber-shoulder
to rest and/or cry on.

My son was in the hospital for a week a couple of years ago with diarrhea/vomiting and it was the worst week of my life.

5. positive vibes coming your way
all three of my boys had rotavirus last year. My twins were 10 months and my older son was 2 1/2. I had to give them pedialyte from a dropper just to get fluid into them. It was awful. I'm glad your kids are keeping fluids down again.

9. My young nephews had that recently
They were nice enough to give it to me and my mother.

At the time, my mother was in a highly restrictive neck brace, a walker, and a foot brace. In her condition, she couldn't make it to the bathroom in time, so I spent a lot of time cleaning up puke and human waste, and doing lots of laundry and…

It was not fun.

Anyway, the good news is that it only lasts 3-5 days.

12. Poor things! (And you too!)
I have been really lucky so far with my little one--nothing more than a little cold so far--I can't imagine how hard that must be to deal with!

Get well soon!

14. Nothing worse than an sick baby
I am sure you are stocked up on pedialyte and gator aide.

When my grandson had it we forced liquids with an eyedropper about every twenty minutes. It kept him from having to get IV's.

16. so sorry
lots of hugs and kisses will help.

I remember having a bad ear infection when I was very young, and my Mom staying up with me and lavishing me with attention and affection. After all these years I still remember it fondly. I know your kids will feel better very soon!

All the best.
