It feels good to be back!

I have spent the last several months hardly coming to DU at all. Not because of anything that happened here, but just due to life in general. Extended unemployment along with physical pain and depression that I can't afford to treat left me without the desire to even sit in the computer chair.

When I got the call today letting me know that they were finished scrutinizing my background (wow, that took 4 days??), an enormous weight was lifted from my shoulders. I can laugh again, and I can post again. Maybe I wasn't coming here because my mood was so foul I probably would have bitten someone's head off, I don't know. I still came to read every now and then, but it's not the same.

Tonight, I can say that I am back, and it feels damn good!
