It's just crazy. Starting as a single celled organism in essentially a 2-D Pacman game and growing organically until you're gene splicing brand new creatures to populate a zoo planet you've terraformed...Talk about open ended gameplay.

Someone posted an article here from GameSpy about it about a month or so ago, too.

It looked kickass then, and it looks kickass now. I told a friend about it and we decided that no matter how much it sounds like a good idea at the time, we cannot play it stoned as we are convinced our heads would explode if we did.
