Bush's Katrina briefing, as imagined by my S.O.

He was half asleep this morning when I told him the news that Bush HAD been thoroughly briefed on the threat posed by Katrina.

"Let me guess -- finger puppets and a water pistol?" he mumbled from underneath the covers.

/duplicate from my GD post, which sank quickly. Thought the loungers might appreciate...
