1. i'm voting for daniel hands down.

his outfit for chloe was awful -- but that was the only one that didn't hit really high marks for me.

santino should have been out sometime around his iceskating outfit -- but what ever -- he's no jay mccarroll that's for sure.

chloe has just never been exciting for me -- and her final gown was dull -- and i HATED that seem around the booty.

4. i've been a fan of daniel for several episodes

(and not just cuz he's a local boy ;-) ) but failing a win for him, i'd rather chloe than santino.

did you watch project jay last week? i feel really bad for jay - he is so talented, and really deserves some fashion recognition. i can't believe heidi opted for another dress at the last minute! what a shrew!

that matron floral thing was just all wrong.

her friends gave her BAD advise.


i agree about jay -- what a talent -- and hope he's not too eccentric for the medias taste -- 'cause i think he's got it in spades.

really fresh and talented.

Daniel on Santino. OK, what's the meanest thing he's willing to say about his controversial rival, who's bad-mouthed nearly every designer on the show? "He is arrogant. He is very driven. He will do anything, I think, to succeed." Still, he considers Santino a good friend. "What you guys see on the show is very true to who we are, but it's only a fraction of who we are." Yes, but one-sixteenth of Santino is irritating enough.

3. santino

is only on the show for drama. Its the same reason they kept that awful women over austin last season. I really think Daniel will win, hands down. He has won 5 challenges. I am gald other DUers like this show.

6. I'm thinking it's going to be Santino that wins

even though I'd rather see Chloe or Daniel.

But the judges were absolutely right that Santino was the only one who took risks on the evening gown competition whereas the other four just put out absolutely dull & plain gowns. The only reason that Daniel beat Santino in that competition was because I don't think Iman would have looked good in the gown that Santino designed even though personally I liked his gown better than Daniel's.

8. i thought santino's gown was austin scarlet's gown

only not nearly as good.

and jay called him on it.

i liked daniel's better than santino's -- but i thought as a whole that competion was not as good as it could have been by a long shot.

i hated both chloe's and kara's gowns -- just too dull for words -- and santino pushed the unfinished thing to the point where it looked like a dish rag.

I looked at pictures of their collections at fashion week, and I thought both Kara and Santino had the better collections, but since Kara can't win, I think Santino will win it, with Daniel the runner up.

She also showed a line at Fashion Week as a "decoy," and hers was the most well received among the fashion powers that be.
