My Morning Jacket

I've been wondering whether to pick up My Morning Jacket's Z. I like "Off The Record," but that's the only song I've heard all the way through. This is the kind of CD that's hard to judge from samples. Even "Off The Record" has an extended jam session at the end. I've let my taste be known a lot at DU, so do posters recommend it?

1. Saw them on Austin City Limits a couple of weeks ago.

I enjoyed the show, but haven't heard any of their studio stuff.

4. I bought that album after seeing them perform on Conan O'B's show.

It's a very good album, imho.
