Wear your damn seatbelt people!
Take a look at this video and tell me he wouldn't have been better off wearing a seatbelt.

WARNING! This video is graphic and I am pretty sure the guy is killed in the incident. There is no blood or close-ups of the body though.

6. Yes, but...
My cousin was in a car crash wherein he was the only one wearing a seat belt, and his jeep went off a cliff. Everyone else was thrown free and escaped with some cuts and bruises and a few broken bones -- they weren't wearing seat belts. But my cousin, who was, went off the cliff and broke his neck, paralyzing him from the neck down.

Seat Belts -- the silent killer.

(Yes, I know you're better off wearing a seatbelt. Just pointing out that, sometimes, fate's a bitch)
